The 西北维斯塔学院参议院工作人员 is a collective voice of elected non-academic employees. The 雷士员工大会 is charged with the responsibility of making sure that all staff members are equitably represented in the operation of the college, 以及特区. We support a variety of activities and initiatives to improve the quality of life and effectiveness of the college's dedicated and valuable staff. Every year elections are held to elect new senate members and we encourage nominations and participation from every NVC staff member. It's never too late to get involved!

目的

To represent the concerns of classified, 专业, 兼职, and temporary staff to 西北维斯塔学院 administrators.
To address issues that concern the job welfare and job environment of all staff.
To serve as a communications link among staff, faculty, and administrators.
To conduct studies or surveys regarding matters of concern, as suggested or required.
To promote activities conducive to the 专业 development of all staff.
To provide input to 阿拉莫大学区 policy, 预算规则, and regulations for the benefit of staff.

月度最佳员工

The 月度最佳员工 award is intended to recognize staff members at the colleges who have made notable contributions to the achievement of the 西北维斯塔学院 and Alamo 大学区 Mission, 愿景, 和价值观.

If you know of a full-time staff member that has worked at least one year at 西北维斯塔学院 and exemplifies our college and 区 Values, then nominate that person today!
